John Carnesale has immense experience in all facets of commercial financing. He has facilitated billions of dollars in transitions and continues to provide financial strategies and instruments nationwide to those who require financing for their unique real estate opportunities.


John’s wealth of knowledge is supplemented by his own real estate investments. He is a principal in various real estate ventures which focus on specialty medical developments including hospitals, long-term care, medical office, and residential facilities throughout the Western United States. His extensive background in real estate finance and business was sparked when he began as a pension advisor governing investments within the real estate sectors nationwide. 


Ever augmenting his tools for success, Mr. Carnesale holds a Ph.D. in Psychology, Organizational Leadership Health and Human Services concentration. He also holds degrees from Holy Cross College, University of Notre Dame, Pepperdine University, and various other professional licenses for his national operational business activities. Mr. Carnesale has held a position as a trustee for Holy Cross College Notre Dame, Indiana as well as contributes to several charitable institutions on an ongoing basis. For the past five years, Mr. Carnesale has held an adjunct professor position with Pepperdine University acting as a PKE Class Advisor.

Louis Carnesale is a principal with Taylor Financial, LLC. Though not a daily participant in the management and success of Taylor Financial, LLC he does oversee the position of the company in the global structure of all real estate assets belonging to Louis and John Carnesale.


Louis brings a myriad of real estate and financial expertise to the commercial development of multi-million-dollar projects. He moved to Las Vegas to join his brother in forming Real Estate Advisors, LLC which grew into several property developments, construction, underground utility, real estate, and mortgage brokerage companies.


Throughout Louis has had a clear direction for each company and involvement in the synergy between all in the efforts to purchase, rehab, tenant, and manage various buildings and facilities in the western region of the United States. He has established relationships locally, nationally, and internationally in all facets of real estate and continues to use those important sources for his enduring success.


His accomplishments are pinned to a foundation of quality education with degrees from Holy Cross College and Notre Dame. In addition, he has a Juris Doctorate from the Southern California Institute of Law and completed the Owner President Management Program at Harvard University. Currently, he is finishing his Masters in International Law at UC Davis. His professional licenses are numerous ranging from Cal OSHA certifications to Class A&B Engineering licenses.

Barry has over 25 years of experience in business budgeting, management, and financing. He started in the corporate world working for the Tribune Company in Chicago, then moved to Starz/Encore in Denver, and lastly, he settled in Las Vegas where he has been with Taylor Financial, LLC and its affiliates for the last 18 years.


He not only protects and manages hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate assets, he also structures financing for 3rd party commercial real estate clients utilizing traditional and nontraditional lenders. He is an executive and Qualified Employee with Taylor Financial, LLC where he has overseen the company’s perfect score rating by the Mortgage Lending Division of the State of Nevada for the last eight years.


Barry has a Bachelor of Science from Saint John’s University (Minnesota), and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business Management. He is active in his alumni chapter where it raises money for charitable causes.
